1950年代後半から60年代にかけて登場したダブルバインディングを施したEsquire®モデルへのオマージュであるClassic Vibe™ Custom Esquireは、Fenderデザインのアルニコシングルコイルブリッジピックアップを搭載し、秀逸なトーンを生み出します。
当時としては革新的だった3ポジションブレードスイッチは、トーンコントロールバイパス、可変トーンコントロール、そしてウォームな低音感を加えるプリセットトーンキャパシターといった、多彩なトーンセッティングの切り替えが可能です。
このSquier®のレトロモデルは、当時のスタイルを反映したヘッドストックデカール、重厚なニッケルメッキハードウェア、そしてクラシックな雰囲気を醸し出すヴィンテージティント仕上げのグロスネックも特徴です。
