50年代から70年代にかけ、フェンダーギターのネックのシェイプや厚みは実に様々でした。American Vintage IIシリーズは、当時のフェンダー製品の”本物”のネックシェイプを忠実に再現しています。カリフォルニア州のコロナ工場で作られたこのオーセンティックなFender American Vintage II 1973 Stratocasterネックは、྅ "C"シェイプネックに21本のヴィンテージトールフレットとクレイドット（12フレット部はナロースペーシング仕様）を配した7.25インチラジアスのラウンドラミネートローズウッドまたはメイプル指板が特徴です。
ボーンナットには弦位置に沿ってパイロットスロットがあらかじめ刻まれており、最終的なストリングスロットのヤスリがけを行う際のスペーシングを容易にします。このラッカーフィニッシュのリプレイスメントネックは、お持ちのストラトキャスターで70年代の演奏フィーリングを楽しむのに最適です。
このリプレイスメントネックは、FenderまたはSquier® by Fenderギター用です。フェンダー純正のリプレイスメントネックはギターのボディに取り付けられていないため、ナットスロットの加工は有資格者が行う必要があります。フレット加工、ネックをネックポケットに装着する作業、その他の楽器のセットアップ作業などが必要となる場合があります。
