50年代から70年代にかけ、フェンダーギターのネックのシェイプや厚みは実に様々でした。American Vintage IIシリーズは、当時のフェンダー製品の”本物”のネックシェイプを忠実に再現しています。カリフォルニア州のコロナ工場で作られたこのオーセンティックなFender American Vintage II 1961 Stratocasterネックは、ミディアム"C"シェイプネックに21本のヴィンテージトールフレットとクレイドットを配した7.25インチラジアススラブローズウッド指板が特徴です。
ボーンナットには弦位置に沿ってパイロットスロットがあらかじめ刻まれており、最終的なストリングスロットのヤスリがけを行う際のスペーシングを容易にします。このリプレイスメントネックは、お持ちのストラトキャスターで60年代の演奏フィーリングを楽しむのに最適です。
このラッカーフィニッシュのリプレイスメントネックは、FenderまたはSquier® by Fenderギター用です。フェンダー純正のリプレイスメントネックはギターのボディに取り付けられていないため、ナットスロットの加工は有資格者が行う必要があります。フレット加工、ネックをネックポケットに装着する作業、その他の楽器のセットアップ作業などが必要となる場合があります。
