The Chili Beans. Maika Mustang® Bass, the signature bass of Chili Beans bassist Maika, is a groundbreaking model featuring a 30-inch scale Mustang Bass® with two Jazz Bass® pickups.

Taking inspiration from the Mustang Bass with its standard single-coil pickup, the pickup is positioned slightly closer to the neck to pick up the sound at the point where the strings vibrate most. This bass expresses a more Jazz Bass-like quality, capable of producing a rich low range that is hard to imagine from its small size.

The headstock is matched with Aged Natural, and the Aged Peraloid pickguard complements the body color perfectly, creating a subdued vintage feel that matches the sound.

Tuning machines with small pegs are used to achieve an overall weight balance.
